Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.

  Ship to Medik8

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
